I'm Mardon Mo'minov — a Product-Oriented Full-Stack Developer, Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan, and founder of Cubosoft. I design and build end-to-end web products — and chase precision in code, on the chessboard, and on the road.
My path started at college and continued at Najot Ta'lim, where I trained as a full-stack developer across Node.js, Vue, databases, and software fundamentals. I cut my professional teeth as a Frontend Developer at MateLogistics, then Al-Raqam — shipping production code on real deadlines, then growing into the full stack on my own projects.
Today I serve as Chief Specialist at the Ministry of Culture of Uzbekistan, while running Cubosoft — an IT studio I founded to design and build complete web products with a small, sharp team. I think in products, not tickets: from data model to interface to the moment a user actually gets value.
From product squads to public service to running my own studio — every step has compounded into the way I build today.
Leading digital initiatives and contributing to the modernization of cultural institutions through thoughtful, accessible technology.
Founded an IT studio delivering bespoke web platforms, dashboards, and bots. Working with a hand-picked team on freelance and commissioned projects.
Built and maintained customer-facing interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks; partnered with backend and design to ship reliably.
Developed responsive dashboards and logistics interfaces with Nuxt 3 and Tailwind, focusing on performance and clarity.
Completed an intensive full-stack program covering JavaScript, Node, Vue, databases, and software fundamentals.
A selection of programs, exams, and competitions that have shaped my work and trained the way I think.
A focused stack — chosen for speed, reliability, and the joy of building with it.
Whether you have a clear brief or a half-formed idea — I'm happy to hear it.
